Beef Jerky

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chuck roast, half frozen for cutting
  • 2 mangos
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and stemmed
  • 1 c teriyaki sauce
  • Directions

    1. Cut roast into 1/4 inch strips.
    2. Blend mango, habanero and teriyaki sauce.
    3. Marinate for 24 hours.
    4. Smoke at 160 for 5-6 hours.
