Ingredients
3 lb. chuck roast, half frozen for cutting
2 mangos
1 habanero pepper, seeded and stemmed
1 c teriyaki sauce
Directions

Cut roast into 1/4 inch strips.

Blend mango, habanero and teriyaki sauce.

Marinate for 24 hours.
-
Smoke at 160 for 5-6 hours.
